Middletown Colts Youth Football and Cheer is a youth tackle football and cheer organization open to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade, ages 5 - 14.  We serve the Middletown area and its surrounding communities.  We are committed to providing a sports program focused on educating players and parents on safety, team-building skills, and the fundamentals of youth football and cheer.  All of our coaches are USA Football “Heads Up” Tackling & Concussion certified, and all members of the coaching staff must complete and pass a thorough background check.  Middletown Colts Youth Football and Cheer is part of the Mendo-Lake Empire Junior Football League.

The Colts offer four divisions of cheer (grades K-8, ages 5-14) and three divisions of football (grades 1-8, ages 7-14).  At the  Mascot (cheer only) and Peewee levels, we teach kids the fundamentals of the sport. With JV and Varsity, players gradually build on the fundamentals learned in the Mascot and Peewee divisions and continue to grow as players while learning more advanced plays and techniques.
