Q. How do I signup?
A. Follow these three steps to schedule your volunteer hours.

- Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like. Remember...you must signup for a total of 4 spots throughout the season,.
- Sign up! It's easy - you will NOT need to register for an account or keep a password on SignUp.com
Q. When will signups open?
A. All signups will open on Tuesday, August 9 at 9:00pm. Signups are first come first serve.
Q. Can my family signup for more than one spot a day?
A. Although individuals are limited to one spot a day, a total of two individuals from the same family may signup for one spot each on the same day. High school students volunteering in place of their parent may signup for additional hours
Q. I have more than one athlete in the Colts' program. What should I enter when asked for my child's name?
A. Please enter the name of only one athlete. Please choose the same athlete each time you volunteer for a spot.
Q. How do you know if I have completed my volunteer commitment?
A. We track volunteer hours per family by your athlete's name. Our volunteer coordinator will verify that you showed up to your shift as promised.
Q. Are there any restrictions when volunteering?
A. Volunteers working in the snack shack must be at least 14 years old. Volunteers working the chain gang must have an athlete on the team that is currently playing.
Q. I originally opted-out of volunteering but I have changed my mind. Can I still signup to volunteer?
A. Absolutely! But remember, you must fulfill 4 volunteer shifts in order to receive a refund.
Q. Can my high school or middle school student volunteer in my place?
A. Yes, your high school or middle school student can volunteer in your place and receive volunteer hours for both themselves and your commitment. In order to receive credit for your hours, your athlete's name must be entered in the child's name location. In order to receive credit for their hours, your high school/middle school student must identify themselves as a high school/middle school student when checking-in with the volunteer coordinator.
Q. Can my high school or middle school students volunteer for additional hours?
A. Yes. Any unfilled volunteer roles will be open to those students beginning the week before the game. When they signup they need to enter their name when asked for the child's name. Also, high school/middle school student must identify themselves as a high school/middle school student when checking-in with the volunteer coordinator.
